How this worksHow South Utah Turf works

Who runs this site

South Utah Turf is run by BT Venture Partners LLC, a Utah company based in St. George. We publish plain guides to artificial turf and water-wise landscaping around St. George and Southern Utah, and we connect homeowners with one installer.

We're not a contractor. We don't design, bid, sign contracts, or build anything, and we never come to your home.

Who does the work

True Landscaping & Construction, LLC (dba True Turf) installs artificial turf lawns, putting greens, pet turf, paver patios, decorative rock, and water-wise landscaping. They visit, measure, design, quote, sign the contract, install the turf or landscaping, and stand behind the work under their own written terms.

When you call or send a request, you're dealing with True Turf from that point on.

What happens when you call or send the form

Calls to (435) 660-6207 ring True Turf directly. We don't record them.

Form requests go only to True Landscaping & Construction, LLC (dba True Turf), who calls you back within 30 minutes during business hours. We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone else. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

What it costs you

Nothing. True Turf pays us to advertise. You pay only the installer, and only for work you agree to in writing. Projects start at $3,000.

How we chose the installer

Before we name an installer we look up their contractor license with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing, and we check it again every month. If a license lapses, we take the phone line down until it's fixed.

How we write the guides

Every cost, permit rule, and equipment spec on this site links to its source, with the month we checked it. Read our editorial standards for how pages are researched, reviewed, and corrected.
