This policy explains what South Utah Turf (southutahturf.com) collects and what happens to it. South Utah Turf is run by BT Venture Partners LLC, a Utah company in St. George, Utah ("we"). Questions or requests: btventurepartners@gmail.com.

How this site works

South Utah Turf is an advertising and referral service. When you call or send a request, it goes to one installer, True Landscaping & Construction, LLC (dba True Turf), who contacts you about your project. We're not a contractor.

What we collect

Form requests: your name, phone number, city, project type, and anything you choose to add, such as email and yard size. We also record the page you sent it from, the version of the notice you saw, and any ad click codes or campaign tags in your web address (for example gclid or utm tags), so we know which ads and pages bring in requests.

Calls: the phone number on this site rings True Landscaping & Construction, LLC (dba True Turf) directly. We don't record or track those calls.

Browsing: our host (Netlify) and form provider (Web3Forms) log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser to run and secure the service. If Google Ads tracking is on, Google's tag sets cookies to measure ad clicks and conversions. Our marketing data partner, Audience Lab, also runs a script on this site. It records the pages you visit, clicks, downloads, and the fact that a form was sent (not what you typed in it), along with your IP address and device details, and it may match your visit to information it already holds. We may use that to send you postal mail about projects like yours.

How we use it and who gets it

We send your request to True Landscaping & Construction, LLC (dba True Turf) so they can contact you, and we use the records above to confirm requests, measure which pages and ads work, settle billing with the installer, and keep the line working. We share information with these service providers only to run the site: Netlify (hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery), GoHighLevel (our lead records and the alerts that tell the installer about your request), Audience Lab (website analytics and visitor identification), and Google (ads measurement). We don't sell the details you type into our forms or give them to other businesses for their own marketing.

Google

Google uses cookies and similar data to measure and improve ads. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and limit ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site doesn't change its behavior for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. To opt out of visitor identification and marketing mail, email btventurepartners@gmail.com and we'll honor it.

Calls and texts

True Turf calls you back about your request. We also pass your request to the installer through our lead system so they hear about it right away. We don't send text messages to you, and the installer won't text you based on our form. Consent to be contacted isn't a condition of buying anything.

Keeping and protecting it

We keep form requests and consent records for up to five years. We protect accounts with strong passwords and two-factor login, but no website is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing btventurepartners@gmail.com. California, Nevada, and other state residents may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. Nevada residents can send sale opt-out requests to the same address. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
